Hamilton Carhartt designed his first pair of railroad engineers’ overalls back in the late 1800’s. He focused on developing Carhartt jeans so they would become the primary choice of jean for workers all over the nation. Today his dream has come true. Carhartt jeans, due to their durability and strength, are the premier choice dungarees for the workforce nationwide. However, the Carhartt company has extended its line beyond jeans developing other garments that are just as durable and long lasting as its jeans.
Pants

Carhartt has developed a line of trousers that are just as strong as their jeans and can be used in the workplace where jeans are not allowed. These pants come in olive, khaki, and gray. They are made of cotton canvas and sit loosely at the waist just like Carhartt jeans. These pants also have a leg that is wide enough to fit over a workboot, and, come with a special cell phone pocket to protect your phone from damage. Like his jeans the Carhartt pants are all triple stitched on the primary seams and have reinforced back pockets.

Coats

The Carhartt company has designed a line of coats for the most frigid conditions. The arctic quilt duck lined coats come in black brown and blue. There are snaps around the corduroy collar to attach a hood if desired. And like Carhartt jeans, all the main seams are triple stitched. In addition this coat has pockets everywhere.

The Carhartt Extreme Coat is made for the coldest winter temperatures. It is water repellant with an arctic weight insulation made of polyester. There is also an optional hood attachment and 6 pockets. The waist has an inner drawcord to help protect the wearer from the elements.

Carhartt also offers a fleece lined coat for those colder fall mornings. Even the detachable hood and front pockets are lined with fleece. The primary seams are triple stitched with 2 pockets on the inside of the coat and a zippered outer chest pocket.

Work Dry Shirts

This is the perfect henley shirt to wear for that sweaty job. These shirts actually pull the moisture away from your body keeping you dry and cool during the summer and warm during the winter. These shirts also prevent odor due to sweating. They have a 3 button placket and a chest pocket. These shirts also feature side seams for greater comfort.

Thermals

Just the thing to wear under your Carhartt jeans in the winter is long underwear and this company has made the best! The thermals come in bottoms and tops in your choice of black and white. The cotton fabric is heavier than most trapping warm air against your body and keeping you toasty warm. They are not prone to shrinking when washed and have reinforced seams for heavy duty use.

Jeans

And of course the famous Carhartt jeans that are the foundation of this company. These jeans come in loose, traditional, dungaree, & relaxed fit. Their colors range from black to indigo to brown. All primary seams are triple stitched and the back pockets reinforced. They are built for durability, style and comfort. And best of all these jeans as well as the rest of the Carhartt line of products are very affordable.
